3. Is your delivery contactless?
Yes, our service is 100% contactless and our team are following an increased hygene and sanitation process.
We are very concerned with the safety of all our customers and team as we navigate COVID-19 and the social distancing rules put in place by the federal and state governments.
These restrict our team from entering your home, so we will need to leave the box at the point specified in your delivery details.
4. When will my delivery arrive?
Depending on our orders for the week, we will deliver on from WEDNESDAY to SATURDAY of each week.
Complete your order by 3PM TUESDAY and we will advise you of your delivery window on the day via email.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure online payment via Paypal or Credit and Debit card - for your safety and convenience. Payments are taken via secure third-party platforms, Paypal.
6. Can I order for a neighbour, friend or family?
We are happy to deliver to multiple locations if you are wanting to order for senior neighbours, family in isolation, or surprise someone in need.

7. Can I set a repeat order?
Yes you sure can - Our set and forget weekly subscription means you can take the stress out of manually ordering your box delivery. Of course you can jump on and add any specials, and cancel with just one weeks notice.
